• Planned and managed architectural designing projects ranging from small projects to large-size projects. Managed projects over $1M in design and furnishing budgets.
• Led a team of 9 people, developed strategic plans and executed the design vision utilizing creativity, foresight, and judgment to meet project requirements, budgets, and objectives.
• Directed business operations for an interior architecture and custom manufacturing design studio for high-end homes, handling projects from schematic design, construction documentation and overseeing site installations.
• Developed and executed yearly sales plans and achieved sales of $3.25M annually.

• Managed the Kitchen and Bath designing for a high-end design resource center including client consultations, site visits, leading the client presentation, and selling the project.
• Ensured design deliverables adhere to product standards, quality assurance, design documentation standards, budget, and brand.
• Participated in the selection and presentation of materials, cabinetry, tiles, stones, hardwood flooring, decorative hardware, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), and color palettes.
• Proposed specifications as needed using CAD drawings, blueprints, 20/20 files, and hand drawings that illustrate detailed floor plans, elevations, and perspectives.
• Sourced and negotiated with vendors and managed the import of stones and tiles from Brazil, Spain, Egypt, India, and Italy.
